Heather has alerted us and patiently helped with making sure our account was in good standing. She is always so friendly and eager to help in any way. The premises feel safe, even after hours, and are always clean. Highly recommend if you need a place to keep your things!

I use Lock Box to store things I need for work every day. I chose it because of its convenient proximity to my home and the fact that I can access it 24 hours a day. I appreciate that it is gated so that I feel safer loading and unloading items late and night. Heather in the office is so helpful and personable, and is readily available to help me when needed. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs.

We’ve rented storage units from Lock Box for over 15 years. The units are clean and secure. Heather is great to work with, she helps me avoid late fees, and always so cheerful. Our unit is critter free, I put d-con tables in our unit incase a mouse should get inside. In over 2 years there has not been a nibble. (I know mice love this stuff, I’ve had experience in our garage at home.) I love the fact we can get to our unit 24-7 if needed. Great place to store the things that need extra storage.
