Our trending technology allows our storage facility to offer a rapid rental process and more. Customers can complete the entire storage renal process online wherever they are without having to come into the office and fill out paperwork in person.
Supporting and serving our customers in this changing world is first priority. Renting online is a straightforward process that is convenience. You can reserve or rent your self storage unit in a few minutes without having to come to the facility first. Your move into the storage unit will be quick and provide you with a contactless rental.
How does Lock Box Self Storage online rental process work?
First, choose to move in or reserve the size storage unit you need. You will see your unit number and size, along with the rental pricing. Your move in special will be posted to your next month’s rent.
Next, you will be asked to enter your personal information, such as first and last name, primary phone number, email address, and home address. It will also ask you to pick a personal password, gate code and additional information.
Following storage details, customers will be asked if they are storing a vehicle and to include whether there is a lien holding on the stored vehicle. Please let us know if you are a member of the U.S. military.
Please let us know if you are in need of adding storage insurance coverage. There are several levels of coverage at a range of affordable monthly premiums. You also have the option to use an existing insurance provider (with certificate of proof).
Then, you will set up payment with credit card or ACH payment information. The payment includes the monthly unit rental, a one-time facility admin fee, and insurance coverage (if using insurance through Lock Box Self Storage).
Lastly, customers are asked to review and sign their self storage agreement.
Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the signed agreement. The store manage will reach out to you to welcome, explain how to enter and leave the facility and answer any questions you might have.
